Whether you are a new pool owner, have decided to take care of your own pool for the first time, or just want to know about your pool operations, Aqua Pro’s professional technicians will come out to your home and show you how to use all of your equipment, including your valves, timers, pumps, filters, cleaners, chlorinators, and heaters. Aqua Pro can also teach you how to use your automation system and clean your filter. Our technicians have such a specific, yet vast bank of knowledge about all things pool and spa, and they love any opportunity to share it with people.

Bring a water sample to our solution center where we will test and analyze your water for FREE. We provide expert advice, the latest information on chemicals and ways to reduce their use.
Pool Closing Service
When the summer winds down and you are ready to close your pool for the winter months, there are a few extremely important steps to follow when winterizing the plumbing and equipment or installing a winter cover. Our crew has been winterizing pools in this climate for over 20 years, and we’ve got it down to a science.
Pool Opening Service
After a long winter, the condition of your pool looks like it should be on an episode of Dirty Jobs. Aqua Pro can help you with a variety of services to help get your pool ready to enjoy. From “mucking”, cleaning, acid-washing the plaster, to re-assembling and starting your equipment and programming your controls. Upon start-up, we do a complete equipment inspection to make sure everything is in tip-top shape so that all you have to do is enjoy your pool.
Pool Drain
If you need to make repairs to your pool surface, Aqua Pro’s service technician will safely drain the water from your pool. Since our water tables can be really high during the spring run-off, it is important to time the draining of your pool around it. Pools can actually float out of the ground if they are empty when the ground water rises.
Filter Cleaning
To keep your filter in top condition, Aqua Pro’s professional technician will replace the sand, inspect and clean DE filter grids, or clean cartridge elements to restore the filter to maximum cleaning capacity.
Salt Cell Clean
A salt chlorination system can save time and money on your chemical bills, but it still needs to be serviced from time to time. If your salt system shows Inspect Cell or Clean Cell, call Aqua Pro so our service technician can correct the problem and restore it to its maximum efficiency. If you live in an area with high calcium levels, you may need to have your salt cells serviced even more often
Acid Wash
If you want to keep the finish of your plaster pool looking brand new, Aqua Pro’s technicians can perform a professional acid wash to clean up any rough patches, or as it’s known in the industry build-up or scale, which prevents your pool from looking its best. Not to mention your swimsuit and the bottoms of your feet!
Automatic Pool Cover Maintenance
Cover mechanisms and pulleys need to be lubricated annually. Ropes, webbing and fabric have a tendency to stretch out, and need to be adjusted or replaced. Aqua Pro’s technicians are able to perform any of these tasks. We have access to many of automatic cover manufacturers products.
